Staff very helpful, store very clean, was able to order exactly what I wanted and was no hassle at all.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean tidy premises and helpful staff member took the results of the bed test and spent considerable time showing us the available products leaving us alone on regular basis to discuss options between ourselves

Greeted on entrance to store by an assistant who was very knowledgable and spent some time with me. This included computer assessment of body shape and needs for the right bed. As well as showing me the different beds suggested by the assessment I was left to browse without any pressure. Having made my decision the purchasing process was straightforward and recycling explained.

From the time we arrived we received attention that was ideal in that we were unsure of our needs. We dealt with Matt Moss who was in no way pushy but knowledgeable to our needs.
