The shop lay out was very good. We were able to walk around without constantly being asked if we had made up our mind yet. When we did ask questions the assistant was extremely well informed about the products and not at all pushy. Being offered coffee on such a chilly day was a nice touch.

Very friendly helpful staff. Good selection of products. Directed to products we were interested in. Offered tea or coffee. Ordering very easy and everything explained fully.

We walked straight into the store,asked if there was anything I could buy in the king size mattress line and if I could take home that day and they said yes.

I went to get a mattress only and was able to get one on the day and take it with me as I had a van.
