The service was outstanding the sales person Matt Moss was extremely knowledgeable about all the products I inquired about giving clear non-biased information about all the beds and bases leaving me feeling informed to make my own decisions that will suit my family’s needs. The store was perfectly presented and all the staff either smiled at us or said hello as we went about making our Decisions the hole process from entering the store to departure was a complete delight, I had know idea that buying a bed would would be so easy and enjoyable. The staff at dreams newport Isle of Wight are a credit to the company.

Sales assistant was very friendly and helpful as we have a problem with getting things up our stairs. Also took the time to talk to us.

Assistant was knowledgeable and looked up prices to confirm whether cheaper or not. Also tried to find things to entertain our children so we could look around.

On entering the store we were aknowledeged immediately,given a leaflet explaining the colour coding system and offered drinks whilst we browsed,we had a look around and your colleague Jennifer come to find us to check we were ok or had any questions,on deciding on a bedframe mattress and headboard Jennifer then explained the colour options. We sat down to pay and again were offered drinks the whole process was very smooth and easy and Jennifer was fantastic.

The member of staff that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable.
