Dreams - Isle of Wight

As we wanted a bed with non-standard measurements, we were very satisfied, that it is possible to get that from Dreams, and with free delivery to Isle of Wight.

Jennifer, the sales assistant, was friendly and helpful. Not overbearing. Very plesdant to deal with and seemed to love her job. Her enthusiasm is wonderful.

The mattress I bought had a problem with it the service I got was excellent to rectify the problem.

The staff were very helpful when I visited Dreams.

We hadn't previously visited the Store and were pleased to find such a wide selection of beds. The lady who served us (Jenny) ? was knowledgeable and helpful and very importantly was not pushy. We warmed to her - and appreciated the superb coffee. Our only disappointment, was learning we are in for a wait of what is probably going to be six weeks ! which in our opinion is way too long.

The assistant was very helpful and we found the bed that we were hoping for.

Myself and my dad came to look for kids bunk beds , on arrival we went straight upstairs and found the beds , soon to be greeted by a staff member who came upstairs to help us , he gave us all the information we needed , offers us tea and made them , gave us a brochure on the beds , and on paying for the beds we received a small discount too which helped ! Fabulous service .

Easy and no pressure and even offered coffee
