The sales assistant (Matthew) definitely went the extra mile. My husband and daughter were with me with my young grandchild. He even blew up a balloon for my grandson. He showed us everything and then was not pushy but let us take our time to work out which bed was the best for us. I was HIGHLY satisfied with his service.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted and asked if we needed help.We were also offered tea or coffee. When we chose our bed the quick and easy option to buy was very good. Overall a very nice showroom with excellent staff.Thank you

Highly knowledgeable staff member, showed us and explained the products available. Did not try to push us into buying a particular product. Gave us advise and left us to make up our own minds. Gave us the product availability and delivery dates.
