The assistant was very knowledgable, used a machine we laid under to check what mattress was ideal for us. There was good selection of choice and prices. She was friendly and very polite. Worked out what total price would be, option of delivery dates etc. Whole experience was enjoyable and totally satisfactory!! Unusual to find these days!

Customer welcome as we walked in. Coffee to walk around store with. Freedom to look around. Mattress tester. Good Advice to suit our needs.

We only went in to buy a pillow but ended up buying a mattress. The sales assistant did not pressurize us at all but was most helpful. He left us alone to browse and was immediately available when we needed him.

We were not rushed when we entered the building, when we asked for assistance we had a really nice young man help us he wasn't a pushy salesman but gave helpful advice

We didn't think we would be very long in-store, however that quickly changed. We ended up staying in there, pinpointing the perfect mattress, finding a different bed frame and even coming out with a stunning wardrobe too. On our first visit we came out with quotes for 2 different bedframes but with the same wardrobe. Jen helped us with all of the above taking us through the different quotes, amending them so we could see the difference in price and her general breezy, friendly approach and love for the products was a refreshing experience to receive. The coffee was better than most places you go to have coffee, we were so impressed. And it was all an experience that was a little out of the blue for us. Jen was great, as I said her disposition was easy going but her passion for the products and knowledge was infectious. The manager, the man, he was laid back but he was always there to assist with further knowledge if needs be, plus you could see he was willing to make his customers feel at ease. We are very impressed. We look forward to receiving our new bed, mattress and wardrobe.

Staff courteous and attentive

The assistant,Kate gave me a lovely coffee while I tried out mattress'. She left me to try them. So I didn't feel pressured. She was very helpful. The value of the mattress is really great in the sale and free delivery. No other store locally can compare.
