We found what we where looking for quite quickly the store personal where there to help if we needed it Only thing is very expensive there need to be a range off products for normal family you are bases on a council estate argo opposite i know you get what you pay for but not everybody has money like that

The Manager Matthew served us, he was polite, helpful, very patient and knowledgeable. Easy to do business options explained to make choice easier.

We visited the store twice within the space of a week. The first time when we went to browse we were greeted in a friendly manner upon entering the store, offered a beverage and told where we could find the elevator in order to access the next level where we had a pushchair with us. The second visit when we went into the store to make our final decision and purchase our choice we were again greeted in a friendly manner, with drinks offered again as well as told about the cushions available to test on the stands. When we came to place our order for a mattress and pillows the salesman was knowledgeable about the products and the accident cover, advising us on the best accessories (mattress protector and fitted sheets) which would compliment the products best.
