The lady who served us was new to position. She explained she was an had things checked over. She was so polite, friendly and professional. Very impressed especially as she had just started. The manager who watched over to ensure our order was correct again was very helpful and polite. Love experience all round. Highly impressed

Ben (in Ipswich) was the assistant who helped me - he was very patient and knowledgeable, extremely friendly and explained everything as we went along and didn’t bombard me with info at the end. At no point did I feel I was being sold a bed - it was all about him wanting me to be as comfortable as I could be when sleeping.

I Got To The Store When opening, Went In Got Seen Straight Away. Very Friendly Staff It Was A Quick And Painless Purchase. I Will Be Back In The Future For My Other Bed Needs. Well Done.

I was served by Marnie at the Ipswich store. She provided a very efficient service and was polite and Courteous. There was no hard sales pitch and I was given space and the chance to think about my decision. This meant I went back and forth to the store a few times before making my purchase. A hard sales pitch would have put me off which o found with other stores.

The sales man was wonderful helped us pick what type of mattress we wanted very easily understood the price and quality we was after and even went and got us a couple of pillows to make it more easier to Pick a mattress like we was in our own bed
