Dreams - Hull

We were looked after by Gemma, she was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful, her product knowledge was fantastic and once she had explained everything and showed us the mattresses she gave us time alone to discuss and decide. She was very proficient on the computer, very very professional Al and polite throughout our whole visit. What a refreshing change to deal with someone who cares about giving the customer the best experience. She is clearly an asset to your store.

We were offered help very quickly but I never felt like I was being pressured or watched. I was given honest and helpful advise and the sales lady was very friendly. I was in the store with my 2 young children looking for a mattress for my son and they were lying on the beds and I felt being a bit noisy but I was never made to feel they were being a nuisance. I bought a mattress, the delivery time was excellent and was a very smooth and efficient visit and got exactly what I was looking for at a good price. I would definitely use Dreams again.

As we walked in the staff gave us a few minutes before they approached us , she was very friendly,polite and professional. She asked us if we knew what we wanted then gave us ideas after putting us on the dreams bed body aniliser .

Store colleague Kathy was incredibly helpful. She listened to us and understood what we needed. She went above and beyond what I would expect a normal store assistant to help with. She was amazing and deserves to be recognised. Well done

Excellent service

We needed to shop for a mattress that best suited both me and my partner. The lovely sales assistant helped us find a mattress that would suit us best and we found and ordered a mattress the same day.

Sales lady was very understanding and helpful which made for pleasant experience choosing a suitable mattress.

the prompt attention we received on walking in the store was good and the time we had on our own to discuss our choice no pressure felt at all

Wonderful service all round ! We were left alone to browse and then approached by a lovely lady who helped me find a similar style of mattress that I wanted . I’m so happy with my purchase, quick delivery was such a bonus . I even popped back in to purchase 2 pillows to go with my new mattress . Very happy lady 😊
