Dreams - Hull

The staff were really friendly. Offered tea or coffee. Listened to what we needed and showed us what we needed. Left us to try a variety and came back with a pillow for us to get a better picture. All in all a dream of a shopping visit.

Sales colleague was very helpful, understood my needs pointed out what I would need to go with the bed I was purchasing, offered me discounted pillows and explained the 8 year cover.

The sleep assistant was very helpful, he was able to advise on the beds and types of mattress which are on offer and allowed us to use the "machine" to get a good idea of the mattress type required. Although initially he recommended some of the expensive mattresses was also happy to understand our current budget. James was extremely helpful throughout and even made us a drink!

Dan, the person that assisted us was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave us lots of advice and was very friendly.

Very helpful staff members on two occasions I visited the store
