Kathryn took time to understand our needs and displayed good product knowledge. She didn't push us to one particular product; she recommended various options and left us to make our own minds up.

Bed frames I’d seen online were easy to locate in the store. The layout of the store was easy to move around in and provided a good range of bed frames and mattresses to view

We were greeted immediately after entering the store, the assistant listened to our request and efficiently took us to show us options of what we were looking for. After deciding which bed frame we wanted he quickly processed our order and gave us a suitable delivery tim. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the no delivery charge was added to the order. We were offered the option of the delivery men to assemble then new bed and take away all the packages. Overall a pleasant buying experience without any pressure to purchase.

James who attended to our transaction was very informative helpful and friendly. We did price both Dreams and Bensons for bed up. But we found the Dreams had more clarity in price and a lot more competitive in price.

Staff professional and not pushy understanding with very good product knowledge very helpful allowed to look without being pestered but there when you needed them overall a good experience

Kathryn was just right in terms of how she approached us in store, how she helped us choose the right bed and her knowledge of the products and the Dreams delivery system. Plus, we changed our order a few hours later by phone and she was great.
