The staff member was very helpful in helping us find the correct mattress and then assisting us finding the right bed. She left us to chat about what we would choose and wasn’t pushy like in other shops we had been in. She helped us make the right decision. We were very satisfied with the whole service and we will be back to buy our son a new bed shortly. I will definitely recommend the store.

It is quite some time since we bought a mattress and were not looking forward to the task. However, it was made a pleasure by the sales lady helping us. We didn't feel pressured and were confidently able to make a choice of mattress. It was equally hassle free when completing our order and making payment. In addition, the delivery choice was very good and we expect our mattress to be delivered within less than a week. We'll done Dreams!

Kathryn was very attentive, listened to us and took the time to show us the different beds and mattresses round the store that she thought would fit what we wanted. When we felt overwhelmed with choice she was very kind and helped us narrow down what we really wanted and which ones would best suit us.

As soon as we walked in it was a calm atmosphere. Some other furniture shops constantly hound you as you walk around but Dreams definitely was not like other furniture shops. Despite the guy who dealt with us having a 3 week old baby and therefore lack of sleep, he was extremely professional and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!

I went to dreams looking for a matteress and that's what happened, the time it took was totally in proportion to the value of the transaction.
