Kathryn was very helpful. Came over as soon as we entered the store. Gave us a pillow and tissue to try matresses. We were measured for the matress type suited us then were helped to look at all matched matresses. Very helpful throughout and was offered a water aswel

The help and assistance whilst looking for a mattress was really good and knowledge of the assistant was very good. Not pushy and gave us time to decide what we wanted. The store was clean tidy and everything was sanitised regularly
