No pressure but help around when we needed it Store very clean Product knowledge good and explanation of the varying type of springs and fillers excellent Explanation of delivery terms and what was expected were clear so no misunderstanding could be made. In general highly satisfied - wish the mattress was on a shorter lead time but if I get good nights sleep then the wait will be worth it. Finally the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous

We had looked at other stores and online. We were approached in a friendly but non pushy way as soon as we entered and offered the test to find our ideal bed but felt under no pressure at any point even when, after spending a lot of time looking round and talking to the assistant we decided to go for coffee to have a think. Even when we returned to talk more there was no pressure but once we decided we were given lots of support in making our final choices.

Staff was very helpful but was not overly pushy and did not constantly linger. Was very nice to our little girl even gave her a book to read.
