I liked that the assistant Kathryn helped us with the Sleepmatch system, showed us the suggested mattresses and then left us to look alone. We didn’t feel pressured or harassed at all.

The store colleague was extremely helpful and pleasant. He took the time to understand my needs and was patient and gave helpful advice when needed. He offered me pillows to try with the mattress and I even got a hot drink
