James was the colleague who helped us out and he was amazing from start to finish we came in over 2 days. He remembered us from thw day before and even what mattress we wanted. He went through warranty and since we was after mattress protector anyway we went with the warranty. He was thoughtful and really helped us out as we didnt know what we was looking for but fantastic couldnt have asked for more.

A light and airy showroom meant we could view the products well and at leisure. No pressure was placed upon us at any time.
