Faye gave us a warm welcome and was able to offer a solution to our requirements with the split tension mattress. We received a nice cup of coffee too whilst the order was being placed. Faye also helped us with measurements for a sofa bed which we then went on to purchase. Great location for the store with good parking.

Visiting DREAMS was overall a pleasurable experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were displayed in such a way that selection if our our base was so simple. Looked, found, liked, ordered. We fully understood that, entering a store such as DREAMS, the quality of the products were to be exceptional, therefore we understood also the price we would pay for such quality. We had no misconception about this so, although we cannot say we were extatic about the price we are in no way completely unhappy about it either. The quote for delivery, is realistic and timely. Delivered to us in a very professional and corteous manner. I would reccomend DREAMS to anyone searching for a new bed. I would most certainly use the DREAMS service again in the future. From the very moment we entered DREAMS we were treated courteously and with respect. We were never pressured or steered. We were advised on the best choices given our circumstances and left to choose on a more individual level. During the sales process the level of professionalism continued, everything was clearly pointed out, all options regarding after sales care were mentioned and discussed. We understood that purchasing from a reputable store, the quality of the product would be exceptional, so we were prepared to pay for that quality. I cannot say then that I was neither happy nor unhappy with the cost. We are however happy with the final purchase and result. I have no issue with the customer service received I just think that Highly Satisfied is a very high standard to meet. I had a drink whilst my order was being processed and the Dreams Colleague who helped me out was very nice and friendly.

Unclear on the temper guarantee which is 100 days return as opposed to dreams 40 day return policy

Team member Faye at hull branch was very friendly and approachable, she answered all our questions and when not sure on something she asked a colleague. We were waiting about 30 minutes before we could even start placing the order. This WAS NOT the sales team fault but was due to a lack of computers to place the order on as there was only 2 and both were in use. Happy overall but feel more computers may help at busy times to reduce people's waiting times.

the service was excellent but the price of the budget mattresses were high but as we haven't got a bed shop in Grimsby so we have to pay
