Very professional and friendly service from Allen at the Hull store. I was not rushed, and my needs were listened too, from support needed to budget. Excellent service

Lovely helpful assistant helping us choose the perfect mattress. He was knowledgeable but not at all pushy and allowed us to take our time and try many mattress after helping us with the selector scanner machine. He gave us info on each mattress and pointed out similar once we decided our general preferences. In all a genuinely nice experience…..I wish all shopping was like this !!!

When entering the store the staff greeted us on the way in making us feel at ease, we wasn't confronted straight away they let us browse before offering there assistance to meet our needs of what specific bed and mattress we was looking.

Ease of the process

From start to finish I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience due to the professionalism and friendliness afforded to me.

We went into our Hull store and was seen to by a guy called Alan who was very helpful and understood our needs we have bought from you before and it was a good experience the last time and that's why we came back again, we have told our daughter so she is also going to go to the Hull store
