The gentleman who looked after us at our visit was lovely and he didn't pressure us at all into feeling we needed to pay extra or additional fees or add on products. I had a hysterectomy 1 week prior to shopping for a bed so was still sore and recovering. He did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable
