The assistant, James, was very pleasant and helpful. He guided us through the available products and gave plenty of time for us to try out the various mattresses and left us ample time to discuss them between ourselves. Ordering was efficient and friendly with good interaction with other members of staff The store was well set out to cope with social distancing and hygiene standards were adhered to. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

As I walked in I was free to look before I was asked if I needed help I told the assistant what I wanted and was helped to choose my mattress didn't feel I was pushed into purchasing which is what I like

The staff member who helped us couldn't have been more helpful. Pointed us in the right place. We tried the stimulant bed too which was great. Was really nice to our small children and supplied us with water. No pressure given but patience whilst we decided out of the two we narrowed it down to. Explained everything we needed to know right to the very end.
