When me and my wife came into the store the sales team greeted us and were very helpful but never tried to pushed us to purchase. They put us on a bed to look at what type of mattress we were comfortable with and they walked us through all the mattresses in the store. Allen was our sales assistant and he made sure we felt very comfortable, safe and offered us drinks. We found the one we liked but the colour we wanted was spicific and he assured us that he could give us our dream bed we want. We then told him that this was the first shop we have come to and we first want to go to other shops he was still very polite and friendly and that was one thing we really liked about the impeccable service Allen provided. We went to other shops and we ended up coming back to purchase our dream bed not only because that was the only bed that we liked but the experience that your company has provided and your fantastic sales team that was very patient and the product knowledge to help us with our dream. Thank you Allen and Dreams for everything
