I was recommended a mattress after having been on the bed thing. It did say 20% off but I did not get it as I was told that the mattress was already reduced, As the cost was £750 and by this time I had set my heart on the mattress I had to pay more. If you could sort me the 20% off it would be great

I was satisfied. Generally everything was fine. There was an error made with the overall price that I had to point out. This was corrected once I pointed it out. Was I highly satisfied ? No. but it was fine.
