Dreams - Huddersfield

Huddersfield branch assistant Peter, politely approached us offering advice and knowledge on both mattresses and frames respecting our privacy for browsing alone but on hand for product info, very knowledgeable guy. Buying a bed is a major purchase, we only went to store for research but ended up commiting, delivery in 3 days, can't wait. :-)

Peter was knowledgeable about the products. Showed us to the various types of mattresses that may have fit our needs. Also discussed new products and used his own experience to provide context.

Michelle was fantastic. So knowledgeable and attentive. The mattress test machine was really helpful as we wouldn’t have gone for the ones it recommended but actually they were the best option. We can’t wait for it to be delivered. The recycling service is also much appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly it will be delivered.

The store advisor was very polite, clear, friendly and helpful. The assessment machine was great in how rapidly it did it's thing and helped me to choose an appropriate mattress. I have been having back problems for over 2 years and not had undisturbed sleep for a year now. It has taken some of the anxiety about investing in the right mattress to ease my pain. She explained about the 30 night test period and cost to exchange if needed which was very reassuring.

Our shopping in Dreams was very quickly. We got a Help straight away.

From the moment we came in , we was treated like an individual . We was given time to look around before the salesmen came to see us. Which is something other shops should do instead of jumping on you before you got through the doors. we explained what we wanted but not sure about the mattress , my mother in law was asked if should like to take part in the demonstration to find the right mattress , we was both offered a drink while we waited for each other. we was shown the different types are mattress and bases, the prices was explained for any extras and approx. delivery times. we didn't buy that day as we wanted to look around and check out the competition next door. we went back a couple of weeks later and the sales man remembered us , he showed us around , gave advice and we chose the product we wanted, which is to be delivered this coming week. Through out the whole service he was friendly , articulate and a pleasure to do service with. Which is more than I can say for Bensons for beds , even though the trainee was lovely the lady training him was arrogant and clearly other things to do as she just should a book in our face. Feel sorry for the chap in training.

The staff member was extremely friendly and not overbearing. She listened to what I wanted and showed me to the product I was interested in. She left me to try out the mattresses without hovering over me and was happy to answer all my questions. I didn't purchase straight away but came back later and she remembered exactly what I wanted and went through the buying process with me. Very happy customer.

Ash was really helpful and friendly. She approached me with a welcoming greeting and took the time to discuss what I was looking for and how she could best help me, allowed me to use the machine to determine my bed type, then showed me round some of the beds that were recommended for me and allowed me a good amount of time to browse and trial each one, periodically checking in on me to see how I was getting on, but giving me enough space for me to not feel pressured. Once I was ready to purchase she nicely explained the full process and my options, and helped to agree a delivery date. Not really sure what else Ash could have done, and because of her and the other colleague (who's name I didn't catch unfortunately!) I would definitely strongly consider returning!!
