Great service, polite staff, a variety of beds to choose from. Great Boxing Day dale, price was right!

Over all good

In and out very quick got what I wanted with no problem

Chris was attentive and knowledgable. He made sure we understood everything as we had never bought beds before. He also seemed to be training some new team members and was great at involving them so they too could understand the processes.

Should have been easier to decipher which mattress or bed was displayed…it wasn’t always labelled clearly.

Due to a new software the sales staff struggled to process the transaction, I'd say we spent 20 minutes browsing products and deciding what to buy, then another 40 minutes sat waiting for the system to work and transaction to be processed. The staff were excellent however the process did drag out

everything in store was excellent, length of time for delivery could have been better.

Am satisfied

Yes I was highly satisfied with the way we were treated the staff even made me a brew

Sale not on the bed base as well as the mattresses
