we thought that the knowledge and straight talking of Chris met our needs for our new purchase.

Staff were courteous & knowledgeable. Buying for father in law who is 89 & he didn't feel pressured or rushed.

very freindly staff, well laid out store and felt under no pressure to buy, even though we took i time to decide we were not rushed.

The friendliness and the service we were given could not have been better, the salesman Stephen was lovely and answered all our questions.

We were show what we were looking for with out no fuss.

we were greeted but not harassed as we entered. once we needed assistance Stephen was there ready to help without being judgemental or pushy which was really nice. he listened to all our answers to his questions and wasn't afraid to ask his superiors for further information if he was unsure which meant we felt we were getting honest and informed answers. he had a good rapport with his colleagues and was aesy to get on with. the store was clean, warm and wasn't blasting out music so was relaxing to walk around,

Friendly helpful staff and loved the bed/sleep simulator. Plenty of choice, shame the headboard and base not in sale

The store was immaculate, all staff we encountered were really friendly. Our Advisor was great, really knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had.

Nigel was very knowledgable, helpful and professional. He offered support without pressuring us into buying anything specific and was receptive to our needs.
