EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH, WE WERE APPROACHED ONCE WE ENTERED THE STORE TO ASK IF WE REQUIRED ANY HELP,WE WERE OFFERED A DRINK , WE WERE PUT ON THE BED MACHINE TO SEE WHICH MATTRESS TYPE WE REQUIRED, AND THEN SHOWN ALL THE RELEVANT MATTRESSES. JUST A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AND CANNOT FAULT ANYTHING WITH ALL THE STAFF.

Debbie was very helpful and helped us work out the best options for us - I was very surprised at the level of service given compared to other stores it was a really pleasant experience

We was extremely satisfied with dreams most importantly with the sales person called Stephen, a very in depth and knowledgeable person who cared and had taken the time to make sure we was satisfied and given us privacy when needed, he greeted us at the door offered a drink, and even experienced the demo mattress to find out which mattress is best, Stephen had given a dedication to dreams and made my buying easier with no pressure. Chris was very knowledgeable about the bunk beds we wanted and the mattress we purchased separately for a double bed was at a good price.

Stephen was our salesman was very polite and catered for me, my wife and two children. Very down to earth and explained everything in a friendly yet professional manner.

My mum doesn't have a computer - but felt very strongly about me filling in this survey on her behalf as she came away smiling, confident that she had made the right purchase and was happy with the amount she had paid. Chris the salesperson was very knowledgeable, wasn't pushy and understood my mums requirements. She has recently had a hip replacement and suffers from emphysema - a type of COPD - so bedtime for my mum over recent years had become a painful chore as opposed to somewhere we all take for granted to get a good nights rest. She is so looking forward to taking delivery of her new mattress on the 24th Jan.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The shop was pleasant and well laid out with plenty of choice.

We went in looking for a bed frame. Stephen came up to us to make sure we were ok and listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the perfect frame for us. Very happy with his service he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want and made our visit quick and easy.
