All staff pleasant and helpful, not pushy allowed us to look around the store without being followed around

The sales assistant allowed me to try as many mattresses as i wished

I was given lots of time to sample the mattresses

We felt Rachael found the right balance of customer service and was there on hand for any questions we had and recommendations when our choices didn't quite fit our needs. She was very conscientious towards our 5 year old daughter and helped in anyway she could.

The gentleman that helped us applied no pressure and explained options very clearly.

The sales person was very helpful with information then quietly left us to peruse the merchandise but was there as soon as we had questions, there is nothing worse than somebody on your shoulder when looking.

The staff was very welcoming, Stephen explained everything clearly about every bed I wanted to look at very patient.

They spent the time explaining all the products which suited us and we are happy with our final decision

Was met as we arrived, & daughter could use the sleep machine. Nice & knowledgable guy serving us.
