We were in store during a quiet period so staff member was able to give us all his time (and lady assisstant).

The sales person Stephen was most helpful, polite, courteous and brilliant. He made me most welcome and made me a offer of tea which I decline because I just had a lunch.

We were offered and took part in the sleep match to find the right mattress. The assistant was very helpful and helped us to choose the right mattress within our budget. She was also very helpful to our daughter (15).
