From walking in to the shop to be greeted by a very lovely lady that explained about the beds and mattresses everything from the sizes and colours available. Very helpful and polite went through the whole delivery procedure from start to finish . Excellent service .

On arrival we were greeted by Debbie & after we told her what we interested in buying she talked us thru the various options. She then did the automated bed test to ascertain the suitable mattress we would need. After sampling various mattresses we decided on the mattress most suited to our needs. Debbie was very professional & @ no time was hard sell as we had in previous stores..Her knowledge of products was exceptional. My wife & i both agreed that Debbie was the main reason we purchased from Dreams.

Very good experience in buying a new mattress. We were met at the door by Stephen, who guided us through each step in the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth, while maintaining his professionalism throughout.

Initially i was overwhelmed by the amount of beds and differing mattresses. I was approached by Stephen who explained and demonstrated things very clearly indeed.
