From entering the shop, to leaving, the service was first class

We were acknowledged when we walked into the store but not ‘pounced on’ Nigel than came upstairs to see if we needed any help. We had a pretty good idea what we were after and so were left to allow our little boy chance to test the mattress we chose - on display. The ordering process was swift, staff were friendly and approachable and I was offered a drink whilst in store and made to feel welcome.

The Lady we spoke to did an amazing job she sorted and helped me find a bed that was suitable for me. Can’t wait for it to be delivered. She took her time and patience due to me asking lots of questions about the bed and mattress

The bed match was a new experiance . Stephen who look after us was a very knowelegable and could not do enough for us . Once we .made our decsion he did it all very quickly and happly it was very enjoyable way of giving you my money lol . Yes i would go to you again .
