We were served by Stephen who was exceptional. He knew what he was talking about explaining everything as we went along. The difference in spring/pocket count. Gave us time to sample each mattress. Very polite and respectful. Absolute pleasure in buying from. He’s the main reason we decided to buy and bought extra items

Welcomed on arrival by Stephen who showed us where the hand sanitiser etc were located in the store. We were also offered face masks, gloves & bottled water... Stephen asked us what we were looking for & took us to the sleep matters bed to help us in choosing the correct mattress. We tried several mattresses in store following the guidelines, this helped us select the correct mattress & with Stephen's guidance we also choose the base. Very happy with the service in store today, the 4 team members were all very helpful, you could say our shopping experience was a DREAM...
