We were served by Stephen who was exceptional. He knew what he was talking about explaining everything as we went along. The difference in spring/pocket count. Gave us time to sample each mattress. Very polite and respectful. Absolute pleasure in buying from. He’s the main reason we decided to buy and bought extra items
