Stephen was great, friendly and helped us throughout the whole visit. We we’re given straight, clear answers to questions. Stephen helped us find a mattress that suited our needs as the one we originally wanted was out of stock. We ended up with a better mattress! This was the only place I had been since shops had started to re open that we’re sanitising surfaces regularly and talking us through the ways they were protecting their staff and customers when necessary (e.g. they were unable to offer us a drink but did offer us a bottle of water which they apologised about and explained it was due to sanitary reasons). Great experience!
