I knew the product I wanted t purchase beforehand. I liked Price, availability and customer service

Received a warm and friendly welcome from Peter at the Huddersfield branch. We did the mattress test and were advised on the different mattresses that were available. We then were shown different options on the frames/headboards available. Peter was very helpful and we were very happy with the service we received and we placed an order for our new bed frame and mattress including new pillows too (which are great).

The member of staff at the Huddersfield branch were very approachable and spent time explaining the different type of mattresses available. They also, provided me with time to try out the mattresses.

Customer service was brilliant, the right amount of attention without being over bearing. Allowing us to try all beds without us feeling we are being awkward.

Peter was really helpful. He understood our needs and delivered excellent customer service.

Michelle was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She is a credit to the store

Both Manager and Staff, Michelle were fantastic, offered us Coffee, answered our questions knowledgably, were efficient, polite and thorough.

Very impressed with Michelle who is a credit to your organisation. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She has so far delivered everything she promised and more. Our mattresses arrive tomorrow and our whole experience so far has been a dream. Michelle at Huddersfield is a member of staff of the highest calibre. Very pleased we went to Dreams

I initially called up to see if you had a bed on display. The girl I spoke with Ashley was sooo helpful really friendly and knowledgeable. She must have spoken the the lad who sold me the bed when I went in the next day as he knew I’d called and the bed is been looking at! Can’t remember his name but very friendly and helpful too
