I liked that I could do a test to see which mattress it’s best suited for me. The salesman was very friendly and helpful when trying to find a good mattress in my price range.

Debbie the lady who served me was fantastic, really friendly and helpful, she offered lots of extras and I also bought some pillows and mattress protectors that I wasn't planning to buy so she had excellent up selling skills for the branch! I had my 2 young children with me and she said we could have a bottle of water which my son accepted. She also discussed assembly which at the time I refused, even though she did explain it would be best. I have since then phoned back this evening and added assembly to the order.
