The person who helped us (Debbie) was very helpful and took her time to listen to us and what we needed.We went on the bed reader for the type of mattress we required and that narrowed down the beds we needed to try. We haven't had a new bed for a long time and wanted to get it right first time.We only needed to try three mattress types to get the one suitable for us, we wer treated very well but giving us space and time to make a decision-we felt that the time spent on us was just right and we did not feel pressured or rushed into making any decisions
