He made us feel very comfortable and explained everything in a friendly and non-judgemental manner. He even helped keep my 4 year old happy and included in the process. He made sure he kept to social distancing and the pillows were sanitised before he gave them to us to use. After we had tried quite a few mattresses he left my partner and I to discuss in private what we thought, which we both liked. Once we had decided on the mattress, he then helped us choose a new base. A very nice man and clearly good at his job.
