Chris, our sales assistant, was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our requirements, was very patient with our questions, didn’t make us feel pressured into making a purchase. Gave us time and space to test the beds and discuss between ourselves, overall a pleasurable experience.

I roughly knew what I wanted and the member of staff helped me understand which product would suit my needs, provided extra information and made me laugh which made the entire experience very pleasant.

Deborah was very knowledgeable and helped us especially as we are over 80. I would just add though wouldn't this feedback be more beneficial after we have received the mattress and formed our opinion of the product after use. Just a thought
