From entering the store to testing, choosing and ordering the staff could not have been more helpful offering sound advice throughout our visit.All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel valued and welcome.

Frances dealt with us very friendly and professionally, making sure we understood how and what to look for from a quick chat. She was also single handed on this day yet still dealt with other customers at the same time. We weren’t rushed and were gives as much time as we needed to choose. In these difficult times dealing with a pandemic we thought she was excellent.
