Amazing service from store colleague Ash on 5th Feb 2022. Store had a lovely friendly atmosphere and there was no hard sell or pushy sales techniques at all. Ash was so lovely and fantastic at making us feel welcome and was also very knowledgeable in regards to the features of all the mattresses we were looking at, gave a great demo of the sleep selector and even got us drinks. It is largely down to Ash’s great service that we felt confident enough to order on the day and we will definitely be returning, thank you so much Ash! X

Very easy and welcoming environment. Able to try products without any issue and proactively offered advice - and a pillow.

I was served in the Huddersfield dreams store buy a lovely young lady(unfortunately didn’t get her name) but she gave me plenty of time to look around and I never felt pressured to buy she was very knowledgeable and helpful with any question I had. A credit to the store!

I tried out the dreams test machine - to find out which mattress i would be best suited for, upon doing this I was approached by a member of staff who ensured that was ok and was helpful in my experience of testing out mattresses in the store. Super excited to try out our new dreams mattress! Thank you.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because of a colleague called Peter. As soon as me and my dad walked in he came over to help us and gave us information about the different mattress’s available. He then let us experience the virtual bed in order to see what mattress best suited us. He was very friendly and made the experience very pleasant and easy xxx
