I was approached by an assistant as soon as I entered the store. I was directed to the hand sanitiser and offered a bottle of water. After which I was asked how can she be of any help. I informed her that I have been in before and also online and knew what I wanted. I was directed to a sales desk and made my purchases.

We was asked if we needed help we said no just looking so we was left alone to look around on our own staff was on hand when we did want to speak to someone about a product which we actually bought
