The atmosphere was very welcoming and he couldn't do more for me if he tried, I was offered refreshments and trialled varying levels of comfort to find the right bed and mattress for me. My experience felt unique to me, and it was a pleasure to speak with him and I left feeling I was in the right hands, without any doubt.

The young lady who served us Michelle was knowledgeable about all we asked ,she didn't pressure us ,and we would be happy to be served again by her. Full marks to her!

I have been in the the Huddersfield store a couple of times before my purchase today. I have always been made to feel welcome, free to wander at my lesuire but with the knowledge I was able to ask any questions if and when I needed to. Between Fran, Chris and Debbie they made me very happy to know I had picked the right store to buy through, I visited a couple of different stores, bensons for example, and the team at Dreams were the friendliest and least pressured of them all. Also they all looked very smart in their uniforms, were wearing the appropriate PPE and genuinely seemed happy in their work, always nice to see at these trying times. Chris has a great way with the customers and was able to chat/joke at ease with my partner and I, to help us come to our final decision.
