It was a very satisfactory time spent in the shop. The member of staff was very professional and helpful.

The staff members who were involved with my order were second to none. This started with a phone conversation with Chris regarding bringing my assistance dog in store to being met by Chris at the store. Explaining how the bed accessor (don’t know proper name) worked. Was mindful of my breathing difficulties so gave me space to be able to unmask so the experience was much better than would have been. He put me straight at ease. He gave me a copy of the bed I liked knowing I was off to the opposition so when I came back to order his manager, Frances took me through the ordering process, answering all my questions and allowing me time to make decisions rather than badgering me for them. I had a collapse on leaving the store and Frances and another colleague rushed to my aid, rang for an ambulance and were extremely attentive. Frances also ended up minding me assistance dog whilst I was being checked over by the Paramedics. Today I rang to finish paying the balance for my order. Again it was Chris who answered. The first thing he asked was am I ok then we sorted the payment out. I am so pleased I bought from this newish store.
