Staff were helpful but not pushy or annoying. They were there to help and answer questions without being overbearing. They explained what to look for on the information sheets and advised the best mattresses for our needs

We couldn’t apply our discount code online so we went into store, someone was available to help immediately. They added out items to the system, added the discount code and sorted everything out. Easy and quick!

The Advisor was brilliant, not pushy and established our needs well. Really great service from all the team, much better than next door!
