Stephen was very helpful, asked us lots of questions to find out what beds and mattress would be best for us. He was very knowledgeable. I was wanting to buy a firm/hard mattress for my two young daughters and he explained why they really need a more soft mattress. I'm so glad he did that as I could have unknowingly effected my daughters bones as they grow. A massive thank you for that. We purchased the beds etc over the phone having had a think about it. Frances who took my order was very helpful and lovely too.
