Greeted as we walked in, non invasive sales people, happy to help and assist when we required, As in didn’t follow us around the store, which I hate!! Once we’d selected, quick and easy service, easy to understand process and all questions answered with ease. Very happy with service! Also a really quick delivery date, exactly one week!

The person who assisted me was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, I was really pleased that I did not have to go looking for assistance. An employee came over to me almost immediately and gave me the help I needed, but also the space to think about things. I was very happy with the service I received.

Went to the Huddersfield store, Javaid was very helpful and not pushy in any way. Helped us with the questions we had and very knowledgeable with his answers.

The Range of products available was very good, something for every pocket. Some items were reduced as they were end of line items so I felt we were getting a good bargain! The sales assistant was extremely friendly and helpful.

Good range of beds to choose from the staff was there to help but was not pushy and the price was very reasonable will certainly recommend dream's

I didn’t know where to start or what to expect. Received a very welcoming reception. I was introduced to the possibilities and options available and given plenty of time and space to make a decision. The whole process was stress free and I felt no pressure to be forced into a decision which suits me. Lots of different options available to try and very grateful to be introduced to tempur pillows

Ashleigh at the Dreams Huddersfield store was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. She was keen to match us with a product that was right for us, and even remembered us when we returned to complete the purchase the following day.

Peter was excellent he knew when to support us as customers and when to step back and allow us to shop. Previous experience has made us wary of shopping in stores like this and we would prefer to shop online however Peter made it a pleasant experience where we didn’t feel pressurised to buy.
