Staff were very friendly, professional and offered assistance with choosing the product. They offered a demonstration of the bed we wanted and went through all necessary insurance cover. They were very helpful in also assisting with offering discounts where appropriate. Would highly recommend the visiting this store, we will be again!

We’ve just bought our first house, and visited Dreams to make our first big “house purchase”: a bed frame. When we entered the shop, Peter and the team welcomed us in straight away, explained where we’d find everything we needed and what to do if we needed any help. We quickly narrowed it down to the bed frames we liked, and Peter was absolutely brilliant with then getting some delivery dates. Soon enough, we’d picked the one and we were processing the payment. We were fully looked after from the minute we stepped in to the moment we left. Peter was really knowledgeable and helpful, and really took the time to explain why he felt it was important to pay for the extended warranty and the assembly. If we had shopped online, we’d have almost certainly ignored those add-ons. And most importantly, the whole team contributed to the whole shopping experience being really enjoyable. I appreciate how difficult this is with the current restrictions, so thank you so much for going the extra mile to ensure we had all the help we needed!
