Dreams - Huddersfield

Peter introduced himself to us and explained the layout and let us wander on our own, was close by incase we had a question. We were looking into a clearance bed at the time and he offered to take the clearance sign off whilst we browsed the rest of the products which was so lovely! We have been browsing other things for our home and literally the day before walked into a store and could see all the staff swarm to us it makes everything so uncomfortable! We visited this store a week ago. Then went to the retail park near ikea that dreams store is nothing on our local one!! We had to come back here to make our purchase as the service , the friendliness and overall store layout is bright and airy just what we wanted. As it is a big investment and need room to think!

Peter was very friendly and went through everything without rushing

The assistant (Ash) was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, give us time to think, wasn't expecting us to make a decision there and then. She was lovely

The assistant, Michelle was kind and efficient. The bed we bought was the best in the shop but not the most expensive

Michelle at Huddersfield gave me a warm welcome on entering the store. We talked about the kind of bed i was looking for and she advised where i could find them. Michelle gave me around 5-10 minuets browsing before coming back to me to see if there was anything she could help with. On asking several questions relating to the product she answered them all fully to my satisfaction, to which i purchased a completely different bed to what I had set out for.

The lady who dealt with me was really friendly and polite, could answer all my questions and listened to hear what my priorities were. (On this occasion the actual product was secondary to the lead time as I need the bed urgently). I was dealt with really efficiently without being rushed at all. Really excellent service.

I purchase my item from the store in huddersfield, Ash was amazing from the start she was very helpful.

The device that scanned our body posture was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and inviting, showing a clear understanding of the product. The store itself was lovely.

Greeted as we walked in, non invasive sales people, happy to help and assist when we required, As in didn’t follow us around the store, which I hate!! Once we’d selected, quick and easy service, easy to understand process and all questions answered with ease. Very happy with service! Also a really quick delivery date, exactly one week!
