Dreams - Huddersfield

The care and information we were given was exemplary. It was everything we needed. A very pleasant and friendly man helped through the whole experience. We were very satisfied when we had purchased our item . As the item was just for me, I could have just as easily done it on my own, but being 79 yrs old I had my Granddaughter with me and she was very impressed too.

Team were helpful but not pushy and very knowledgeable.

Friendly staff and clean store, spacious too. And the bed sleep machine worked too. (We originally went to the bed store - their machine had broke and the pillows I liked were out of stock.)

Approached by the salesman but after him telling us where everything was he left us to look around at our own leasure and kept checking in on us but wasn't being pushy which we liked. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Peter and Chris were very friendly and both of them made placing our order a fun experience. They went above and beyond. We came out with what we had gone in intending to buy and came out with a higher upgrade of what we had found online.

The store assistant think his name was Peter at the huddersfield branch was absolutely fantastic at helping myself find a single bed that would be perfect for my lower back complaint ,he certainly has outstanding knowledge of the products he is selling.

Christopher who served us was a very pleasant young man we had a good laugh with him which is great customer service in my opinion he made us feel very welcome and answered all the questions we had about beds and mattresses and helped us choose the perfect bed thank you so much Christopher

Peter was fantastic. I hate shopping for anything but the overall experience was fantastic. He was very informative and to the point which i love. I would highly recommend this store.

Michelle was very helpful. She was not pushy and gave us loads of time to try out different mattresses. Very patient and friendly 🙂

Great machine to calculate what matresses would be best for me. Got one that was on the list. Took no time to sort delivery and pay. All staff were friendly, got offered a bottle of water. And had a sheet to rest my head on and take around when sampling beds. Hand sanitizer available at the front. Staff wore masks.
