Great customer service, well arranged showroom, clean and COVID protection was good.

The staff were welcoming, helpful + friendly: I felt very comfortable with them, as though I had known them for a long time. I was impressed by the machine that predicted which type of bed was best for my comfort + individual needs. There was no time wasted during the transaction + the due date was sooner than I'd expected, which is great. Finally, I was offered a complementary bottle of spring water + when told it was straight from the fridge, I said warmer would be much better for me, having Reynaud's, a circulation problem with my hands, I was then provided with a room-temperature bottle. Wonderful service. I'm really looking forward to my new bed.

The assistant was very pleasant and helpful and did not try to sell the most expensive leaving the decision to us. We were asked if we had a budget in mind first Price was not discussed until we had made choice then asked if that was acceptable

Loved the quality of the products also the analysis of requirements and recommendations

Peter was great from start to finish and used all the tools available to help my Dad (who is tricky) make a great bed selection.

The person who helped us was really good - just the right level of attention without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and attentive, yet gave us lots of space to discuss and mull things over.

The overall experience with 380 Peter was a pleasure. No hard sell but a pleasant induction of product knowledge which resulted in me buying what for me is not a cheap item of furniture. We try and avoid people with the hard sell technique and find it generally off putting which usually has the alternative effect. Our experience at Dreams on this occassion was everything but a hard sell..
